Install Software in Template using proxy

wget proxy 
 Issue in Terminal: 
 https_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:8082/ http_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:8082/
 
 Then you can 
 flatpak install xyz
 
 or 
 sudo extrepo enable xyz
 
 Clone git in template 
 git config --global http.proxy http://127.0.0.1:8082
 
 then you can 
 git clone xyz
